Publishing on ChantinKey
Searching is free. To publish, each workspace uses two separate entitlements: property slots and optional AI credits.
Property slots
Each published physical property uses one slot, even if it has both a sale and a rental offer.
AI credits
Used only when you choose to analyze files or text in the studio. You always see the estimate first.
Reviewed publishing
Listings are reviewed before they appear in public search.
Paid plans are not available yet
Prices have not been approved and online payment is not enabled. Publishing access is currently granted as a recorded trial by the ChantinKey team. You will never be charged without your authorization.
